Adcorp Group continues strong performance with 2026 PMR.africa Awards success across all brands
Johannesburg, 23 July 2026 – Adcorp Group, South Africa’s leading workforce solutions provider, is proud to announce another year of strong industry recognition after securing 25 accolades at the 2026 PMR.africa Business Excellence Awards.
The PMR Awards are based on independent interviews with industry decision-makers, who rate and rank service providers across key performance areas. Organisations demonstrating outstanding performance are recognised with Diamond, Golden and Bronze Arrow distinctions within their sectors.
Once again, Adcorp’s brands demonstrated consistent leadership across multiple workforce categories, reinforcing the Group’s position as a trusted partner in South Africa’s labour market.
Kelly delivered strong results across large-scale staffing and core recruitment categories, securing five awards:
- Kelly took home a Diamond Arrow Award in the large staffing category (More than 250 staff members), alongside four Golden Arrow Awards for its performance across permanent blue-collar staffing, permanent office staffing, FMCG retail, and temporary office placements.
- These results highlight Kelly’s continued ability to deliver flexible and reliable workforce solutions across both industrial and office-based environments.
- DAV once again demonstrated exceptional breadth and depth across professional and specialist recruitment, securing 13 awards across multiple industries.
- DAV achieved Diamond Arrow Awards in permanent office staffing, accounting, financial services, FMCG retail, information technology, supply chain & logistics, and telecommunications, reflecting its leadership in high-demand professional sectors.
- The business also secured Golden Arrow Awards in medium-sized staffing (50–250 staff members), banking, engineering, insurance, marketing & sales, and temporary office staffing.

Adcorp BLU continued to demonstrate leadership in blue-collar workforce solutions, securing two Diamond Arrow Awards:

Quest maintained strong performance in office and commercial staffing, securing three awards:
- The business achieved a Diamond Arrow Award in marketing & sales staffing, alongside Golden Arrow Awards in permanent office staffing and temporary office placements.
Quest continues to play a key role in delivering skilled professionals across business support and commercial functions.
Paracon was recognised in the specialist technology sector:
- Securing a Golden Arrow Award in information technology staffing, reflecting its continued relevance in the growing digital and IT talent space.
Charisma Healthcare achieved:
- A Diamond Arrow Award in healthcare staffing, reinforcing its strength in delivering specialised workforce solutions within a critical sector of the South African economy.
