Meet the board

The Adcorp Group’s unitary board comprises 6 independent non-executives, 5 non-executive directors, and 2 directors. Its primary role is to provide strategic leadership en route to long-term sustainability and success for all stakeholders.

This includes setting, monitoring, and reviewing strategic targets and objectives; approving capital expenditure, acquisitions and disposals; overseeing governance and internal controls; and managing risk.
