APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (“CFO”)

Further to the announcement released on SENS on 15 May 2020 relating to the resignation of Adcorp’s CFO, Adcorp hereby announces that Mr Noel Prendergast has been appointed on a contract as interim CFO of Adcorp with effect from 01 July 2020.

Mr Prendergast is a chartered accountant and has previously held executive positions at Wings Travel Management, Clientele Limited and Guma (ex Gijima group of companies).

The search for a permanent CFO with suitable experience is actively underway and shareholders will be advised as soon as such appointment has been finalised.
