Adcorp Holdings Limited and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Adcorp” or “the Group”) are obliged to comply with the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act (No. 4 of 2013) (“POPIA”) as well as the Promotion of Access to Information Act (No. 2 of 2000) (“PAIA”), given that the Group processes the personal information of its employees, candidates, suppliers, clients, and other data subjects from time to time. Adcorp may also be requested by third parties to provide information relating to the Group, its operations and stakeholders.
The Group confirms its commitment to protecting the privacy of all data subjects, as well as ensuring that their personal information is used appropriately, transparently, securely and in accordance with applicable laws.
The Group has appointed an Information Officer who is mandated to ensure compliance with all applicable laws relating to the protection of personal information, as well as access to information held by the Group.
