Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 30 June 2025, whereby shareholders were informed that the Company’s 2025 integrated annual report (“IAR”) was made available to shareholders on the Company’s website.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has identified a non-material error in the Remuneration Report incorporated in the IAR relating to the calculation of return on invested capital (ROIC) on page 72 of the IAR, which has now been rectified.
