In order to create a work environment that is aligned to the future world of work, we’ve implemented a number of strategic interventions including the transformation of the Adcorp culture, strengthened by our values and a high-performance ethos. Now we take the next step, moving to our new collaborative workspace designed to optimise our potential to learn and grow together, leveraging our diversity and experience to create great workplace solutions for our clients.

A new chapter in our story: Adcorp Place

Our new building is a combination of both modern style and light open spaces, defined by an easy layout that promotes sharing and collaboration. We envisage an innovative way of connecting as a result of our office space plan, as well as introducing quiet breakaway spaces around the office for our people to focus, retreat, or have spontaneous discussions.

Close to our two reception areas is a dynamic ‘street area’ that will be a great place to connect and work together. It offers a variety of casual meeting spaces such as banquette seats, bar height seating, canteen-style tables, booths and lounge seating. Greenery, timber accents, organic shaped furniture, and the abundance of natural light flowing through the space creates the illusion of being outdoors without having to weather the elements.

The atrium has been transformed into a functional space providing a variety of seating options to encourage interaction across our Pillars, to accommodate our visitors and our self-service café has long dining-style tables for a quick lunch or informal meetings.

Our new home

The Woodmead office relocation will enable us to embed our One Adcorp philosophy and further optimise our 4Pillar strategy. Our vision is to create one shared employee experience and shift our culture further towards living our Adcorp Culture Formula for Success.
