Purchase and sale of securities

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“the Act”) and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Adcorp has received formal notification in the prescribed form that clients of Allan Gray (Pty) Ltd (“Allan Gray”) have, in aggregate, purchased an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by Allan Gray amounted to 20.1131% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Subsequent to the above notice, Adcorp received further formal notification in the prescribed form that clients of Allan Gray have, in aggregate, sold an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by Allan Gray now amounts to 19.8988% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.

As required by section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
