Acquisition of securities

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“the Act”) and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Adcorp has received formal notification in the prescribed Form that Afena Capital (Pty) Ltd (“Afena Capital”) has acquired a beneficial interest in the ordinary securities of the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary securities of the Company held by Afena Capital amounts to 5.6% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

As required by section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
